I was so steaming mad about the ladder being broke that I went out to my garage and cut up a bunch of wood to build my own. I ain't gonna let you use it neither...

Hey man,
I LOVE playing settlers online, but this ladder system really annoys me. People make a HUGE deal about not letting new players with low ratings not play in their games. The two games that I HAVE come close to winning were shut down by the host.

It is very disheartening.

Anyway we can fix the games from the Feb 10th until you finally regenerated the ladder. Everyone received double game totals for that period throwing off everyone's rating.

I just downloaded this game on my new computer (which has windows vista ultimate). I have been having some problems with it.

1. When I try to trade with someone it doesn't show the whole trade box (screen) and you can't resize it. It only shows the cards I want to offer and get in return, the player I am trading with and the "Done" button, but it doesn't show the accept button. So I can never finish a trade. I have found a way around this... I click on the done button without releasing and then I press tab 6 times and it will accept. That is extremely annoying though.

I also have the same problem with the boxes (screens) not being the correct size for other things as well.

May I suggest a solution:
You could make all of those boxes resizable. That way if the problem is computer specific... it should take care of it. I would think...

Or does anyone else have a suggestion OR even a solution to the problem that I can do myself?

When i click "Need help getting started?" I get this message: message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?
 

I'm pretty sure that my favorite word to describe any category is "STUFF". Works well for just about anything. :)

My friend is also having the same problem on his comp which has an XP OS... so it must not be an OS compatability problem...
